Kristin Hodson

Board Member

Profession – Founder of The Healing Group

Kristin’s love for theatre began as a young girl, attending performances regularly with her mom. She cherished the ritual of dressing up and stepping into a world of magic and storytelling, feeling the excitement of experiencing something truly special. Years later, as a parent of a young actor in Matilda, Kristin found herself experiencing that same sense of wonder and belonging—this time from the other side of the stage.

Her journey in theatre deepened as she supported her child through performances in community, regional, and even Broadway tour productions. Along the way, Kristin discovered how a positive and collaborative culture impacts not only the workplace but also the success of a performance. Little did she know, this path would lead her to the CPT Board, where she has found another kind of family within the theatre community.

As a mental health therapist with 18 years of experience and the founder and CEO of a thriving mental health clinic, Kristin understands the importance of values, ethics, and sound leadership in shaping organizations. She is passionate about fostering teamwork, growing healthy cultures, and contributing her expertise in intimacy coordination to the world of theatre.

Kristin is married to her husband, Jacob, and is a proud mom to three children and her beloved dog, Lady. In her free time, she enjoys snowboarding, wake surfing, hiking, attending the theatre, catching matinee movies, and gluten free cooking. She is thrilled to bring her diverse skills and passion for theatre to CPT.
