Friend to Friend
Theatre for special needs youth and young adults

CenterPoint Theatre is proud to be a founding sponsor of Friend to Friend, also known as The Remarkability Project, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Friend to Friend is a free theatre program designed to bring together youth and young adults with special needs in a fun, supportive environment where they can explore the magic of theatre and build meaningful connections.

Class Schedule & Performances

Classes meet every Friday in CenterPoint Theatre’s Main Rehearsal Hall (basement level). Throughout the year, participants work toward two fully staged productions on CenterPoint’s Main Stage — one in the Winter and one in the Spring.

Skills & Creative Development

The program incorporates movement, dance, acting, and singing to promote social skills, confidence, self-expression, and peer appreciation. Students also develop flexibility, endurance, rhythm, music recognition, vocal performance, imagination, and memory.
