Accessibility Accommodations
Mobility Access
Wheelchair-accessible seating with companion seating is available, along with step-free entry and elevator or ramp access where applicable. Please contact the box office if you need assistance.
Hearing & Sensory Access
Assisted listening devices are available, and our staff is happy to help recommend seating options for guests who may benefit from a quieter or more comfortable experience due to sensory sensitivities.
Vision Access
For guests with vision needs, our staff is happy to assist with seating and help you find a location that offers the best possible view of the stage. If you have specific concerns, please contact the box office in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Late Seating Policy
Guests are encouraged to arrive early (doors open 30 minutes prior). If you arrive after the show has started, the theatre may seat you, but they cannot promise you a seat, and you might be seated in an alternate location at management’s discretion.
Child Considerations
At CenterPoint Theatre, we love welcoming families to enjoy live performances together. To create the best experience for all patrons, children under age 5 are not permitted in the theatre, and some shows may not be suitable for all 5-year-olds — we encourage parents to use their judgment when bringing younger children.
