Tandi Lefler

Tandi still remembers being a part of her first musical when she was 10 years old. It inspired her lifelong love of theater. She earned her BFA in Music and Dance Theater at BYU. Some of her favorite stage roles include Anna in The King and I, Marian in The Music Man, Laurey in Oklahoma! and Rapunzel in Into the Woods. Her performance experiences opened new doors to theater education and she has spent the last few years at Legacy Preparatory Academy as the elementary music teacher (3 years) and musical theater director (4 years). She has dabbled in hair and makeup design (for elementary, junior ,high and BYU productions), choreography (for junior high) as well as professional voiceover work. Tandi is passionate about the value of music and theater in children’s lives as a means to express emotions and instill confidence and belonging.
